My journey to losing 50lbs!
Highest Weight= 210lbs.. lost a few pounds last year, but then suddenly gave up.. I started this blog to stay motivated and keep myself accountable.

SW= 183.6 lb (Feb. 18th, 2011)
GW= 132 lbs
CW= 175.0 lbs
WL= 8.6 lbs

Green Smoothie - 1 cup baby spinach, 1 cup kale, 1 pear, 1 ½ cup of orange juice, and 1 frozen banana.

Chocolate Peanut Butter – 2 TBL unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 TBL peanut butter, ½ banana, 1 cup almond milk, ice. 320 calories total.

Mango Ginger — 2 cups frozen Mango, 1 cup frozen raspberries, 1 banana, ¼ cup chopped ginger, squeeze of lime, yogurt.

Strawberry Date — 1 date, 1 ½ cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup almond milk. Optional: 1 scoop protein powder or 1 TBL of flaxseed oil.

long hiatus…. too long.

What are your thoughts on exes with benefits?

What followed was a relationship that resulted in me being more bruised/scarred than I’ve ever been. All the signs were pointed in the same direction, i chose to ignore them. My friends were voicing their concern, i started to avoid them.

My instinct, my friends and my family were all right, he hurt me again. Asshole.

The easy way out would be to blame him for my weight gain. But thats was all me…. that was a result of late night ice cream and self-pity. 

So I’m back.

WL total =  + 6.4 lbs.

 Goals week Oct 23 - Oct 29

 

- Lose 3 lbs

- Run at LEAST 4 times 

- Run/walk complete 5 km 

- 3 meals a day. Each containing protein.

- Drink at LEAST 1.5L of water
